What A Day in the Life!!

Well hello Bloggers & Bloggettes!!
I am amazed at how long it's been since I actually wrote in this regularly...{or SOMEWHAT SO}~ many changes..many people...Some Wonderful & some not so much so~All gifts in their own way.
Miss Dad...it's 2 years this month, the 28th to be straight on. In going thru his things finally, this year...this month~I found he kept every letter, every card I ever sent him or gave him...every picture, even little notes, like> "Dad, I borrowed the lawnmower but will bring it back tomorrow! Jami and I ate some of the chocolate striped Keeblers!!! Love, Deb"
I, in turn, am keeping his things that show his life~business cards, pix, doo dads, his checks he wrote to various places thru his days...letters, cards, different things that all make up a portrait of Tom Bowden Jr, My Daddy. I miss him like I were a 6 year old...I miss him like I were a teen....I miss him like he was the one with me during my first labor with my son Mark, when I rolled over towards him in the hospital room and told him, "Daddy-don't ever have a baby!" He was the Rock and constant Love in my Life. To not have him anymore~I will never be the same~Ever.

Well HELLO!! Many years gone by since my last post! Was in Mississippi then, am back in Colorado now💖💖 ...no longer married but we are still friends & I miss my friend!!

It has been a wild ride since I last wrote; but I am still kicking and swimming upstream!!

I have 2 Deerhead Chihuahuas, Graci {3} and her lil sis Ginger {1} my cat Edina is still running the house...LOL..but has 2 little house companions who give her WHAT FOR when she scratches places she OUGHTN'T to Couch, walls, chairs, etc!! Hahahaha

Another Day in the Life......

Hope springs eternal...at least that is what I hear!!! I have a new job on a psych ward...'how fitting is that' I am wondering silently to myself??
Just hoping they always let me out at the end of my shift...no offense to anyone having spent time there...I certainly have qualified to!! I have a new G'baby I think...haven't heard yet...but it was due a couple days ago...can't get an answer...so am calling again in a few minutes when I get off this cyberworld. they live clear across the country...or I would drive {if I had a car} HA!
Well I am going to write my other half soon too...have alot to share with him...mostly he has a way of keeping me somewhat sane...even from clear the other way across the country where he is. The ones I hold dear who are right in my vicinity I can't even write to...without fear of complicating their lives....so what am I even doing here I wonder for the umpteenth time?? Alrighty then....bye for now and GodSpeed!!!

so I tried to edit my pix and ended up deleting them cuz I lost all my HOW TO HTML during the period of time after Katrina...my own lil personal one...will post some pix when I have more time...LOL

So I'm going to a family reunion {of my ex in laws.}..and then going camping with my ex mom in law for two weeks....they still love me after twenty plus years....must be the marmalade??

Back in Colorado

well here I am...by all appearances not a thing has changed in my life...but by all that's real...everything has changed. Not married...not living in Mississippi anymore...can't even blame it all on Katrina...LOL. Trying to find permanent work so's I can get myself into my own place & have a little vehicle to drive instead of a BICYCLE....haha.I feel way too old MOST the time to be riding a bike...but for real?....it's good for the soul{{ & the hips!!}} Haven't been here for many many winters....I KNOW that come the first snowfall I need to be driving!!
Going to a family reunion with my ex in laws this weekend...imagine that. My first hubby was not one you'd keep...but his family IS! anyway...the inlaws who presently have to claim me are all in Mississippi...and they don't give me a bit of trouble...probably cuz they don't know how to get ahold of me.
Anyway...whoever may read this...send some good vibes my way! For fortune and fame....or at least lots of work and a postcard!!!!! LOL

Hello out there in Cyberspace! Just wanted to say we made it thru Katrina. It was hell & still is for so many people. thankfully tho no one I knew was hurt. Just a thought...anyone out there have an idea what the 'end of days' will be like? Are we in them now? Is this the beginning? Hard to say for sure EITHER way!!! As for me, I want to be like the wise virgins and have my lamp ready when the bridegroom comes!!! Not be unprepared...or UNAWARE. Never hurts to have faith that what God says will happen....WILL!!! Who are we to say any differently? Just a thought G'Night
